A comforting coffee at its core, Finca Quejina starts off with a very rounded and soft note that walks the line between toffee and milk chocolate before a very subtle dark cherry note rises to the surface. With just the barest hint of lime zest at the end, in a lot of ways this is a “classic” Guatemalan profile (if there really is such a thing), that prioritizes body and sweetness over dynamism. A crowd pleaser and an everyday drinker for sure.
