A killer Kenyan coffee that we've been holding onto this year but are finally ready to release, this Kenyan coffee was produced at the Gondo factory in Murang’a County, Mathioya District. The co-op that runs the factory, the New Kiriti Farmers Cooperative Society has around 560 members and does a meticulous job of pre-sorting the coffee cherry before it's even washed and then dried. The result of their work is a beautiful coffee that is loaded with brown sugar sweetness, a green grape tartness, and a really lovely tangerine-like citrus that lingers in the finish. A very classical Kenyan coffee in all the right ways. Enjoy!
