Q: How do I make changes to my Coffee Subscription?

A: You can edit each active Subscription for Next Delivery Date, Delivery Frequency, Shipping Address, or to Cancel a Subscription. You can also edit your billing address and the credit card you have on file. In order to make changes, log in to your account and then click the link to "Manage Subscriptions". On the next screen, click on the “Subscriptions” link on the left hand side of the page. This will take you to a page that lists all your active Subscriptions. Then click on the “Edit” button to the right of any of your Subscriptions. This will then allow you to “Change Next Shipment Date,” “Change Product Quantity,” “Change Delivery Schedule,” “Update Payment Information,” “Change Product Variant,” or “Edit” Shipping Information. Please be aware that any payment or billing changes will also update to any other active Subscriptions. 

 

Q: How do I make changes to my Subscription account information?

A: When you log into your account you can edit each active Subscription for Billing Address or the Credit Card that it automatically bills.

 

Q: Can I order an additional bag of coffee to be included with my Subscription this week?

A: Yes. EMAIL US HERE with the name and email address from your account and tell us to send an extra bag of coffee. We’ll bill you the Subscription price and send an extra bag of the Subscription Coffee.

 

Q: I received an email that my Subscription was not able to bill correctly. What do I do?

A: The email should have contained details on what exactly went wrong. Typically, it’s due to an expired or canceled credit card. Log in to your account on our website. From there you can enter new credit card information for your Subscription.

 

Q: When are coffee orders roasted and shipped?

A: Our weekly cut-off for coffee orders is Monday at midnight. We roast all our online orders on Tuesdays. We then ship all non-Long Beach local orders on Tuesday night, usually with USPS Priority. All local Long Beach deliveries are done by bicycle courier on Wednesdays. If you order after our Monday at midnight deadline, your order will be held over for the following week.

 

Q: Do you offer Gift Subscriptions?

A: Sorry, we do not offer Subscriptions that bill once up front and then end after a predetermined number of deliveries. All our Subscriptions are on-going until you elect to pause or cancel them. You can do that anytime by logging into your account or emailing us to do it for you.

 

Do you offer Subscriptions of coffee other than just Roaster’s Choice?

A: Yes, you can Subscribe to any of our coffee offerings by going to each coffee’s individual page. There will be an option to either make a one-time purchase or to create an ongoing Subscription of that coffee. If you subscribe to a seasonal coffee offering, that Subscription will convert into a Roaster’s Choice Subscription once we run out of the offering you select.

 

Q: Why did my Subscription become a coffee offering that I did not originally select?

A: If you purchase a Subscription of one of or seasonally available coffees it will convert into a Roaster’s Weekly Choice Subscription when we run out of the coffee you originally selected. You can change this to another coffee or cancel it by logging into your account or emailing us to cancel it for you.

 

Q: Can I schedule a future order?

A: We do not offer order scheduling, except for December orders that wish to have coffee shipped as close to Christmas as possible. For those December orders you can write in the notes of your order that you would like Christmas delivery and we’ll do our best to deliver it as close to Christmas as possible. However, we are not responsible for late deliveries, which can sometimes occur during that time of year.

 

Q: When will I be charged for my Subscription?

A: When you first sign up for a Subscription you will be charged for your first deliver immediately. After that you will be charged on the Sunday before your next delivery ships.

 

Q: Can I order the coffee in green form and roast it myself?

A: Yes, although we don’t have any official way to this. Unofficially you can order whatever coffee you’d like in green form and then in the notes of your order write: “Green Coffee Please!” We’ll then ship you double the amount (typically 24oz) in green form for the same price as the roasted version (typically 12oz).  

 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Anywhere in the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Q: What is flat rate shipping?

A: Flat rate shipping means you can order as much coffee or merchandise as you want and the shipping rate will always stay at $3. We know. You’re welcome.
