Kenyan coffee already exists as a singular and unique archetype in the specialty coffee world. The distinctive "highland" taste that is more or less present in Kenyan coffees comes through in this particular lot, but much softer than it's whole-bean brewed expression. Instead of intense black current with sweet tomato, there is a ruby-red grapefruit that pairs nicely with the usual caramel/cocoa combo that is the backbone of most instant coffee.  Whether you find yourself on a camping trip, or traveling somewhere in need of superior coffee that only takes a few seconds to make, we think this elevated version of instant coffee can still bring a moment of pause wherever it finds you.
