Ethiopia Anasora Site

Every part of this coffee feels like a dessert course at a high end restaurant… Starting off the first thing you notice is the cooked down fruit notes of dark cherries and strawberries that’s followed by an equally luxurious lemon custard creaminess that’s finished off by a crisp and clean Earl Grey tea. That last note is especially fun because it balances everything out enough to make you want to take another sip…and another…etc.

We came across this coffee as a replacement to a previously contracted lot that tasted equally delicious but when it landed stateside the water activity landed outside of an acceptable level. Water activity, not just total water moisture, is a super helpful tool in coffee as it relates to how shelf stable the coffee will be in its green form. We’ve tasted coffees that were amazing one week and have quickly deteriorated just a few weeks later.

We only have a few bags of this very special coffee so grab it while you can and enjoy your dessert at the start of your day.

Enjoy!
