“Finca San Juan del Vesubio is a beautiful farm located in the Yajalón region of Chiapas, Mexico, owned and operated by Elvira Trejo. This farm has won numerous awards in the Cup of Excellence and other Mexican quality competitions since Elvira took over in 2014. The 66-hectare property is nestled within a cloud forest at an elevation of 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level and is home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna. Elvira acquired the farm in 2014 and began cultivating Bourbon, Obata, and Geisha coffee varieties. The farm maintains a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, actively preserving local ecosystems, streams, and groundwater.”
